GT SIT – Sit harness
The GT Sit represents a step forward in comfort for rope access workers. The harness was developed from the findings of our “SOSPESI” research program which gave us new insights on suspension trauma. The innovative connection between the waist belt and leg loops makes the GT Sit comfortable both during suspension and on the ground. The padding uses variable thicknesses and stiffness to provide the right amount of support and comfort for every part of the body.
Patented ventral attachment features two loops: the upper loop is for attaching a chest harness and chest ascender and the lower loop holds the ventral D-ring for attaching lanyards and rope tools.
Patented STS automatic buckles on the leg loops.
3 aluminum alloy attachment points: 1 ventral for suspension and 2 side for positioning and restraint. Webbing loop for restraint on the back.
Designed for use in combination with the GT Chest (ref.216601), with front and back connection points, to make a full body fall arrest harness.

An incredibly comfortable full body fall arrest harness. The padded structure wraps the body for the most uniform distribution of pressure. Patented STS automatic buckles on the waist and legs make it extremely easy to put on and take off. Equipped with special loops for connecting the Helpstep (ref.2062, sold separately) foot loops to help prevent suspension trauma in the event of a fall. Fall arrest harness featuring great comfort and functionality with an integrated padded vest that wraps around the upper body. The leg loops feature our new proprietary STS automatic buckles which make the harness very easy to put on and take off. Equipped with two removable front zip-pockets.
